LIC (previously Livestock Improvement Council) is a pioneer in the dairy industry and aims to support New Zealand dairy farmers' prosperity by continuously improving dairy cow performance. It is owned by a co-operative, made up of its dairy farmer customers, and has a proud track record of industry-leading innovation.
LIC was eager to up the ante on training in a number of areas and saw the advantages that a tailored eLearning solution could offer. The L&D department was also eager to find an eLearning supplier that would work in partnership with them, essentially becoming an extension of their team.
Optimism works closely with LIC, providing quality review services for the eLearning storyboards that they prepare in-house and developing all of their eLearning programmes.
