Optimism were great to work with, developing our combined vision, with skill and sound advice, keeping us on task to enable StayLive member companies to share in an industrywide induction to be proud of.

It was really great working with Optimism. Jo took the time to understand our learning objectives and align the online activities with the needs of our learners. There was variety in the designs and consideration of the practical nature of our apprenticeship programme. Progress was sound and we were kept up to date all the way through.

The project went very smoothly. The clear timeframes agreed up front and regular check-ins through the development ensured that all stakeholder reviews were completed and feedback incorporated in a timely manner. The willingness to flex content presentation and format was also appreciated.

The initiative is highly cost-effective and provides an efficient and flexible learning environment for students. There are ongoing returns from higher margins from such a low-touch offering, with automated online delivery, assessment and certification.
